1. Contest Format:

Initial Sign-Up: 2 Guest Bartenders from each city in Brevard winners battle their way through the bracket to the  POUR PLAYOFFS and FINALS.

2. Point system on the rounds. 

Round 1 - Signature Cocktail Round: Contestants will need to create and present a signature cocktail

Round 2 - Themed Shot Flight: Contestants will need to create a series of three to five shots that tell a story or present  specific theme

Round 3 - Bar Service:
Contestants will execute bar service to customers 

3. Judges.

Panel of 2 judges & 1 Secret judge which will be revealed at the time of judging

4. Scoring Criteria

Round 1 - Judging will focus on creativity and innovation: How unique is the cocktail? Are they using interesting ingredients or techniques?

Round 1 - Judging will also encompass presentation : How well is the drink presented? This includes the glassware, garnish, and overall visual appeal.

Round 2 - Judging will focus on the bartender's creativity and flavor profile, explanation of  the flight and pairings.

Round 3 - Judging will focus on guest interaction, speed, quality, accuracy, accurate pours and overall sales. 

5. Prizes:

Cash prize: $10k distributed as follows:
$5k First Place
$3k second place
$2k third place

All contestants will receive a $300 drink voucher for use throughout the competition. 

Tournament on October 7 and run through November 24
