1. Eligibility – Contestants must be of legal age
( must be 21) and provide valid identification.

2. Registration– Dancers must register before the event and sign any required waivers or agreements.

3. Documentation - Dancer must provide the following documentation to compete. Valid ID, social card or clear and readable picture of social card

4. Performance Time – Each dancer is given 3 minutes for their routine.

5. Music Selection– Dancers may be required to submit their music in advance in mp3 format on a flash drive and ensure it does not contain offensive or banned content. If there’s no music selection prior to the event, the DJ will select the music.

6. Props & Accessories– Subject to approval. Submit requests on registration form.

7. Pole Usage & Pole Specs – Participants must perform safely, using proper technique to avoid injury. Our poles (2) are 28ft , 45mm, spinning and very flexible to your body to ensure fluidity in movements.

8. Tipping – audience tipping may be allowed during performances.

9. Behavior & Conduct – Any inappropriate behavior, such as touching judges, excessive intoxication, or disorderly conduct, may lead to disqualification.

10. Check in & Competition Time - All dancers must check in at Aces Men’s Club West Palm Beach by 8pm. Dancers will have a chance to practice after check in. Competition time is 12am

Judging Criteria: scale 1-10

Competitions are often judged based on:

- Technique & Skill – Fluidity, strength, and execution of pole tricks.

- Creativity – Originality in choreography and routine.

- Stage Presence – Confidence, charisma, and engagement with the audience.

- Musicality – Movement and tricks matching the rhythm and energy of the song.

- Costume & Theme – Overall presentation, including outfit and concept.

Safety & Legal Considerations

- No Unauthorized Contact – Aces Men’s Club WPB has a strict “no-touch” policy regarding the audience or judges.

- No Drugs or Excessive Alcohol – Participants may be subject to removal if intoxicated.

- Injury Liability – Dancers perform at their own risk, and Aces may require a liability waiver.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk I, acknowledge and fully understand that participation in the pole competition at ACES MEN’S CLUB WPB involves physical activity that may pose risks of injury. These risks include, but are not limited to: - Muscle strains, sprains, or fractures - Bruises, burns, or skin abrasions - Injuries from falls or improper execution of pole tricks - Equipment failure or improper pole use - Slippery surfaces due to sweat, body oils, or stage conditions - Risks associated with audience interaction or environmental hazards I acknowledge that I have been informed of the potential risks and **agree to participate at my own risk**.

2. Release of Liability In consideration of being allowed to participate in the pole competition at ACES MEN’S CLUB WPB, I hereby: - **Release and discharge** ACES MEN’S CLUB, its owners, employees, contractors, sponsors, event organizers, judges, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from injuries, damages, or losses sustained during or related to the competition. - Understand that the club **does not provide medical insurance**, and I am responsible for my own medical expenses in case of an injury. - Acknowledge that I am in **good physical health** and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in this event.

3. Conduct & Safety Agreement I agree to: - Follow all **competition rules, club policies, and staff instructions**. - Abstain from **excessive alcohol consumption or drug use** before or during the event. - Use the pole and stage **safely and responsibly** to minimize the risk of injury. - Assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages I may cause to myself or others. I understand that **failure to comply** with these rules may result in **disqualification** and/or removal from the event.

4. Media Release I grant **ACES MEN’S CLUB WPB** permission to use photographs, videos, and recordings of my performance for promotional purposes, including social media, advertisements, and marketing materials.

5. Acknowledgment & Signature I have carefully read and understand this **Liability Waiver and Release Form**. By signing below, I voluntarily agree to the terms outlined above and acknowledge that I am **waiving my right to hold ACES MEN’S CLUB and all affiliated parties liable** for any injuries, damages, or losses.
